After welding the head and cylinder, welding impurities should be cleaned immediately. If necessary, PT inspection and surface pickling should be performed. Outdoor storage should be avoided; keep the area clean and dry to prevent surface corrosion. When conducting the hydrostatic test, the chloride ion content of the water used should not exceed 25 mg/L, and the water should be dried promptly after the test.
