Materials include 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, 310S, Q235B, 00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2 (UNS S31500) (3RE60), 630, 00Cr18Ni5Mo3N (UNS S31803/S32205) (SAF2205), 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N (UNS S32750) (SAF2507), 304, 1Cr13, 2Cr13, 3Cr13, 1Cr17Ni2, duplex steel, and antibacterial steel.

After welding the head and cylinder, welding impurities should be cleaned immediately. If necessary, PT inspection and surface pickling should be performed. Outdoor storage should be avoided; keep the area clean and dry to prevent surface corrosion. When conducting the hydrostatic test, the chloride ion content of the water used should not exceed 25 mg/L, and the water should be dried promptly after the test. During the heating and cooling process of stainless steel end caps, the temperature difference is generated due to the inconsistency in the cooling rate and time between the surface and the core, which will generate thermal stress.
