Cangzhou Changhui Head Manufacturing Co., Ltd., formerly known as "Changsheng Head and Pipe Cap Factory," has been deeply rooted in the industry for over two decades. Our Factory
The company operates a standardized, modern production facility with a well-organized layout divided into seven functional zones: raw material storage, precision stamping production, cold and hot spinning processing, precision polishing, non-destructive testing, finished product storage, and shipping logistics. This setup enables standardized, regulated, and refined operations throughout the production process, effectively ensuring high production efficiency and product accuracy.
Leveraging Yanshan's industrial cluster advantage as a "pipe fitting manufacturing base," Changhui Head has achieved exceptional production efficiency and strong capabilities in integrating raw material supply chains. The factory currently features multiple advanced production lines, including large-tonnage press lines and cold/hot spinning lines, capable of handling diverse production tasks ranging from miniature components to large-thickness containers. On-site facilities include large-scale heating furnaces with reflective linings and heavy-duty cranes, meeting the demands for manufacturing and transporting oversized and extra-heavy workpieces.
