Description
The cap has a rounded closed end and a cylindrical edge matched to the corresponding metric pipe diameter. GOST Pipe Caps can be produced from carbon steel, stainless steel, SA516 Gr70, SA516 Gr60, or another material stated for the project. Pressing is used for many regular sizes, while spinning supports larger diameters and less common dimensions. After forming, the edge is trimmed and prepared for welding or further machining. Size, thickness, K dimension, mass, material identity, and surface condition are checked before dispatch. Project marks, bevels, coating preparation, pickling, passivation, and export packing can be included.

GOST cap orders move through raw-material storage, forming, finishing, inspection, finished storage, and shipping. Regular sizes can be pressed on 315T, 500T, 1000T, or 1200T hydraulic machines. Larger caps can be transferred to the cold and hot spinning lines. Cutting, CNC grinding, beveling, shaping, and welding equipment support edge and opening work. Dimensional tools are used to check D, T, and K, while material analyzers and non-destructive testing instruments can be included in the inspection plan. Packing marks may show DN, wall thickness, project number, and destination.
