Description
The formed crown closes the line while the cylindrical edge provides the connection to the pipe. DIN pipe caps can be manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, SA516 Gr70, SA516 Gr60, or another specified material. Hydraulic pressing covers many regular sizes, while spinning is available for larger or non-standard diameters. The finished cap is trimmed and checked before its edge is beveled or machined. Openings, vent holes, project marks, blasting, coating preparation, pickling, passivation, or polishing can be included. Material records and dimensional results follow the fitting into finished-product storage and packing.

Our Factory
DIN cap production uses the factory's material-storage, forming, finishing, testing, finished-product, and shipping areas. The press line includes 315T, 500T, 1000T, and 1200T hydraulic machines. Larger caps can be handled on the cold and hot spinning lines, supported by heating furnaces and heavy cranes. Automatic cutting, CNC grinding, beveling, shaping, and welding equipment complete edge and secondary work. Dimensional instruments are used to verify D, T, and K, while material analysis and specified non-destructive examination can be included before packing.
