Welding Method
1. Select suitable steel pipe and steel plate materials and process them according to the required end cap shape and size.
2. Bend the steel plate into the shape of an end cap and butt it with the steel pipe.
3. Grind and clean the butt joint to ensure a smooth and clean interface.
4. Weld the end cap to form a single unit.
5. After the end cap has cooled, perform surface treatments such as painting to enhance its appearance.
